Heather and the whole team at All Set Events crafted an unforgettable wedding experience. I got to work closely with Heather to plan the wedding—and it was so much fun! Heather dreamed with me, as ideas shifted and grew. I am an art historian, so I had a wide variety of inspiration to tap into. I have also always loved interior décor and graphic design, so it was a treat to work with Heather to make these aspects of the wedding have a really personal touch. Heather was always available when I had questions or concerns, and kept working in the meantime. Heather really listened to me when I wanted to be more hands-on, while taking initiative to keep all the moving parts on track. She took the time and effort to go over all options, but was also able to move forward quickly when we came to a decision.

Her style of communication is very effective, not only with me, but also with the bridal party, along with mine, and my husband’s families. While she is so warm, thoughtful, and considerate, Heather is also very professional and straightforward, which my family and I really appreciated.
She was realistic about timelines, budgets, and other logistics, while relieving any anxieties or stresses that inevitably come up when planning such a large and important event.

The day went off without a hitch. On the way to the ceremony, we noticed I had a loose thread on my dress. Of course, Heather pulls out the tiniest scissors from her fanny-pack and quickly took care of it, the bridal party erupting in laughter. I could truly relax knowing she had it all covered. My 250+ guests all had an amazing time, and haven’t stopped raving about it (even when we attend other weddings). They could not tell me enough how well they were taken care of—from unique dietary preferences, to transitions throughout the night, every element was expertly coordinated and felt effortless. Heather and the team at All Set Events realized the wedding dream I didn’t even know I had. I cannot recommend them more highly.
